24 Asset Management GmbH is a subsidiary of Anton Paar Group AG and owns real estate in the greater Graz area. Its responsibilities include managing and developing its own properties, acquiring new real estate, and supporting other group companies with their real estate projects.

Job Description

In this role, you will primarily be tasked with international real estate projects. You will be responsible for all project phases, from initial concept/idea to final utilization.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Project conceptualization
  • Project management (commercial, technical, and scheduling aspects) from property acquisition to utilization
  • Independent execution of renovations and adaptations
  • Handover of the property to the relevant group company or internal property management team
  • Liaison with external service providers and suppliers during the planning and implementation of real estate projects

Qualifications

  • Completed technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences/FH, or Technical University/TU)
  • Professional experience in managing construction projects
  • Willingness to travel
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and excellent organizational skills

For this full-time position, we offer a gross monthly salary of €4,500. The actual salary will be determined based on qualifications and professional experience; payment above the minimum salary stipulated by the collective agreement is provided.
