Über den Bereich

Für den Bereich Ground & Naval Software zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine "Abteilungsleitung für den Bereich Ground und Naval Embedded Software (w/m/d)" am Standort Oberkochen, Einsatzort Aalen.

Die Abteilung verantwortet die Embedded Software Entwicklung für Systeme unseres Produktportfolios für den Bereich Ground Based Systems innerhalb der HENSOLDT Optronics GmbH.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Disziplinarische Leitung und Koordination des Teams Ground und Naval Embedded Software 1
  • Verantwortung für die Bereitstellung von Personalressourcen gemäß Workload/Workforce-Planung auf Basis einer Kompetenz-/Personalübersicht
  • Unterstützung und Förderung der fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung der Teammitglieder
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und externen Partnern zur Umsetzung von Projekten
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung von Zeitplänen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards sowie proaktives Risikomanagement
  • Förderung von Innovation und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
  • Konfliktmanagement innerhalb des Teams für ein harmonisches, zielorientiertes Arbeitsumfeld

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Embedded Systeme und Software, Technische Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Embedded Software Entwicklung
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung sowie Erfahrung in der Teammotivation und -entwicklung
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sowie eine strukturierte, selbst organisierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrungen mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden (SCRUM, Kanban), dem V-Modell, im Projektmanagement
  • Ausgeprägtes Unternehmerisches Denken
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
