About the role

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping thoughtful, user-centered experiences across our platform. You’ll take ownership of projects from discovery through execution, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers to deliver high-quality solutions that balance user needs and business goals.

This role is ideal for a seasoned designer who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in cross-functional teams, and brings craft, curiosity, strategic thinking, and fluency with AI-enabled design workflows to their work—while remaining deeply hands-on.

This role is based in the Lehi, UT area, with a hybrid schedule that includes a few days each week in the office.

What you'll do

  • Lead complex initiatives from discovery and problem definition through delivery, validation, and post-launch iteration, translating ambiguity into clear experiences that produce measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Research to define and solve the right problems.
  • Partner with researchers—and conduct lightweight discovery and validation when appropriate—to understand customer needs and evaluate design effectiveness.
  • Simplify complexity into clean, user-friendly experiences.
  • Leverage data and user insights to inform, validate, and refine your design decisions.
  • Use AI-assisted design tools to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, content creation, and design iteration while maintaining high standards for quality, accessibility, privacy, and user experience.
  • Contribute to the design system and uphold accessibility and usability best practices.
  • Participate in design critiques and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product/UX design, ideally within SaaS or enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to lead design on a product or feature area and drive outcomes.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong interaction and visual design skills, along with a clear design process.
  • Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
  • Proficient with modern product design and prototyping tools, including Figma, and experienced using AI-assisted workflows to improve the speed and quality of design work.
  • Curious and proactive in evaluating emerging AI capabilities and incorporating useful techniques into team practices.
  • Working understanding of front-end development and how design translates into code.
  • Contribute to the growth of other designers through feedback, critique, knowledge sharing, and informal mentorship.
  • Bachelor's Degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.

Benefits

  • Flexible work environment
  • Vacation Bonus
  • Flexible paid time off
  • Paid parental leave
  • Competitive pay
  • A full suite of traditional benefits
  • Training/Advancement opportunities
  • 401k with company match and immediate vesting
  • Financial wellness education
  • Company-contributed HSA
  • On-site perks include gym, pickleball, snacks & drinks, arcade, theater room, etc.
