Salary range: 17400-26700PLN gross

We are seeking a highly experienced Expert Fullstack Python Engineer with approx. 10 years of expertise in the Python ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining complex Python applications, as well as knowledge of GCP, GitHub Copilot, Oracle and DevOps.

The candidate should be proficient in building and deploying applications using standard build tools and have a mindset oriented towards observability and supportability. Your Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Python applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation, including code reviews and ensuring robust technical standards.
  • Work with Oracle databases. Implement/Maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
  • Build and deploy applications using standard build tools.
  • Design and implement applications with a focus on observability and supportability.
  • Present work effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
  • Proficiency in Python (3.11 and above), Flask (2 and above), SQLAlchemy, and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Experience in design and build of enterprise systems - RESTful APIs, API Design concepts and microservices architecture, messaging (e.g., Pubsub), observability (ELK, Splunk) & security.
  • Experience in building and maintenance of cloud solutions (Google Cloud Platform preferred)
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) with advanced branching and merging concepts to support large teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes-based cloud deployment platforms
  • Strong SQL and PL/SQL programming skills.
  • Good communication skills and experience as a technical lead is desirable
