About the role

The Lead Solution Architect will design and implement complex digital solutions for field service and distributed operations. They will be responsible for creating reusable reference architectures and standards to accelerate delivery while modernizing legacy integrations.

Candidates must have extensive experience with IoT ecosystems, cloud platforms like Azure, and modern data analytics tools. Proficiency in API management, event streaming, and GenAI solution patterns is required to support production environments.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with B2B digital products supporting field service, distributed operations, customer/site hierarchies or other operationally complex environments.

· Experience with IoT/connected-device ecosystems, telemetry, event processing or edge-to-cloud integration.

· Experience with Azure or another major cloud platform and modern data/analytics platforms such as Databricks or equivalent.

· Experience with enterprise API management, event streaming, observability/APM and distributed tracing.

· Familiarity with GenAI/agentic solution patterns, tool/API orchestration and retrieval/knowledge integration in production environments.

· Experience modernizing legacy integrations and introducing stable service/event boundaries while supporting phased coexistence and migration.

· Experience creating reusable reference architectures, architecture decision records and standards that accelerate delivery without creating unnecessary governance overhead.
