About KEYTO Group & Hemfrid

Hemfrid is Sweden's leading provider of home services and part of KEYTO Group, a growing platform of technology-enabled service businesses.

At KEYTO Group, technology is a core enabler of our continued growth. We build scalable platforms that support customer experiences, operational excellence, and innovation across our companies. To strengthen our platform capabilities, we're now looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help shape the future of our cloud infrastructure and engineering practices.

About the role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll play a key role in building, operating, and evolving the infrastructure behind some of our most business-critical systems.

Working closely with developers, architects, and product teams, you'll help ensure our platforms remain secure, scalable, reliable, and easy to maintain. This role combines hands-on engineering with long-term platform thinking, giving you significant influence over both technical decisions and ways of working.

As AI and intelligent automation become increasingly important across the business, you'll also help ensure our platform is ready to support modern AI-driven services, applications, and development workflows.

What you'll do

  • Design, build, and evolve our cloud infrastructure across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure
  • Develop and optimise CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, secure, and predictable software delivery
  • Improve system reliability through monitoring, observability, alerting, and performance optimisation
  • Automate infrastructure and platform management using Infrastructure-as-Code principles
  • Partner with development teams to improve workflows, deployment processes, and engineering practices
  • Build and maintain container-based environments using Kubernetes and related technologies
  • Drive cloud security, IAM, governance, and compliance initiatives
  • Prevent, investigate, and resolve incidents while improving overall platform resilience
  • Support the evolution of the platform to enable emerging technologies, including AI-powered solutions and intelligent automation

What we're looking for

Required

  • Several years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in modern cloud environments
  • Strong expertise in GCP and/or Azure
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform
  • Solid experience running Kubernetes in production environments
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong understanding of networking, security, monitoring, and logging
  • Experience working with Linux and scripting languages such as Bash or Python
  • Fluent English, written and spoken

Meriting

  • Experience with GitOps methodologies
  • Experience working with scalable distributed systems
  • Experience in hybrid or multi-cloud environments
  • Relevant academic degree within Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Swedish language skills

Who you are

  • Analytical and structured, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and technical detail
  • Curious about new technologies and modern engineering practices
  • Proactive and driven to continuously improve systems and processes
  • A strong collaborator who enjoys working across development, product, and operations
  • Passionate about building reliable, scalable, and secure platforms
  • Comfortable taking ownership and driving initiatives from idea to implementation

Why join us?

This is an opportunity to help shape the technology foundation behind one of Sweden's leading service companies.

You'll work with modern cloud technologies, influence engineering practices across the organisation, and play a central role in building the secure, scalable platforms that support KEYTO Group's continued growth and innovation.

If you're excited by cloud infrastructure, automation, platform engineering, and the opportunity to make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
