Full description

  • Mengurus Jaringan: Memasang dan memperbaiki WiFi, kabel LAN, router, dan switch agar internet selalu stabil.
  • Mengelola Server: Mengatur komputer pusat (server) perusahaan, sistem penyimpanan data (storage), dan layanan cloud.
  • Mengatur Akun Karyawan: Membuat dan mengatur akun email kerja, password, serta hak akses file untuk setiap karyawan.
  • Menjaga Keamanan: Memasang firewall dan antivirus untuk mencegah serangan siber/hacker.
  • Backup Data: Membuat cadangan data perusahaan secara rutin agar data tidak hilang jika komputer rusak.
  • Memperbaiki Masalah (Troubleshooting): Menjadi tim ahli yang turun tangan jika ada eror sistem atau jaringan yang mati.
