We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team, based in the Bundaberg region, QLD, with travel to Yeppoon approximately once per month.
Reporting to the National Construction Manager, you'll lead the delivery of land lease community developments across Bundaberg and Yeppoon, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.
You'll oversee these development projects while leading an Assistant Project Manager based in Bundaberg and a Project Manager based in Yeppoon, providing coaching, support and direction to drive successful outcomes. Working closely with builders, contractors and internal stakeholders, you'll manage all aspects of project delivery, from procurement and contract management through to quality assurance, reporting and project completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of land lease community developments, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, on budget and to a high standard.
- Manage project budgets, programmes, contracts, risks, quality outcomes and overall project performance.
- Lead tendering, procurement and contractor management across civil, residential and community infrastructure projects.
- Build strong relationships with builders, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders while acting as the Principal's representative for construction contracts.
- Coach, mentor and support a regional project team, while overseeing reporting, contract administration, feasibility assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- Extensive experience delivering large-scale residential, civil or development projects, including projects valued at $100M+.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of developing teams and managing contractors, consultants and key stakeholders.
- Commercially astute with experience in contract administration, procurement, risk management and project delivery.
- Relevant trade and/or tertiary qualifications in Construction, Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline, with at least 5 years' project management experience.
- A safety-focused, relationship-driven leader who is adaptable, accountable and confident making decisions in complex environments.
