The Role
Kyndryl is looking for an Associate Product Manager to support the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of Kyndryl's platform for Agentic Modernization — the platform that enables enterprises to modernize applications, processes, and operations through AI agents and agentic workflows. This role supports translating customer needs and business objectives into platform requirements for a secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade platform for building, deploying, governing, and operating AI agents at scale.
This is an entry-level to early-career role suited for someone building a career in product management. What You Will Do
- Support the definition and execution of the product roadmap for Kyndryl's Agentic Modernization platform, under the guidance of senior product management.
- Help identify platform capabilities that support the transformation of legacy business processes, applications, and workflows into AI-powered agentic experiences.
- Gather and document requirements from customers, developers, consultants, architects, and delivery teams.
- Coordinate with AI engineers, platform teams, UX designers, and modernization specialists on specific features and enhancements.
- Maintain and groom assigned portions of the product backlog, and support release planning and feature prioritization.
- Support adoption efforts by helping document and communicate platform capabilities for creating, deploying, monitoring, and governing AI agents.
- Assist in tracking success metrics, including platform adoption, agent deployment activity, and customer feedback.
- Help ensure security, governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices are followed throughout assigned work.
- Assist in triaging and routing requests from extended teams (solution engineering, client and account teams, partners, etc.) to the appropriate owners on the platform team.
