This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Snowflake Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and cloud data solutions. You will work closely with engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure reliable, high-quality data is available for reporting and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable data pipelines using Snowflake.
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for structured and semi-structured data.
- Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models.
- Integrate data from APIs, databases, SaaS platforms, and cloud storage.
- Optimize Snowflake performance, warehouse usage, and query efficiency.
- Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Support data warehousing, reporting, and analytics requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, Matillion, or similar.
- Experience with Python for data processing and automation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of dimensional modelling, data lakes, and data warehouse architecture.
- Experience with Snowflake features such as Streams, Tasks, Snowpipe, Time Travel, and clustering is preferred.
