Job Description
Job Title: Product Manager I (B2C)
Experience: 2-4 Years
Location: Bengaluru- Hybrid
About the role
Swiggy is looking for a Product Manager I to own critical parts of the post-order customer and delivery experience. This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, support, delivery reliability, and product platform, and will drive high-impact journeys across track screen, customer communication, delivery partner-customer interaction, and support-linked product surfaces.
You will work on some of the most visible and operationally important moments in the order journey - when customers are anxious, plans change, delivery issues surface, or the product needs to proactively guide users toward the right action. This role requires strong product judgment, structured problem solving, and the ability to drive cross-functional execution across engineering, design, analytics, support, operations, and platform teams.
What will you get to do here?
- Own end-to-end product strategy and execution for key post-order and support-linked customer journeys.
- Drive product development across areas such as : track screen experience, delivery partner - consumer communication surfaces, address and contactability improvements, support-linked nudges, and proactive customer communication and more
- Define the next generation of customer-facing experiences in critical moments such as delays, address issues, payment friction, delivery exceptions, and service recovery.
- Break ambiguous problem spaces into clear milestones, PRDs, experiments, and execution plans.
- Make product architecture and surface-level decisions across app, bot, WhatsApp, support, and related experience layers.
- Partner closely with engineering and design to ship high-quality, scalable, and reliable product experiences.
- Work with analytics to define success metrics, identify pain points, and use data to drive prioritization and iteration.
- Collaborate with support, ops, and business teams to ensure what is built works in the real world and improves both experience and efficiency.
- Lead rollout planning, edge-case reviews, and quality trade-offs for high-visibility launches.
What success looks like
- Customers get clearer, faster, and more intuitive help in high-stress post-order moments.
- Track screen and communication surfaces become more proactive, contextual, and action-oriented - Managing consumer anxiety and building consumer trust.
- Product decisions balance user experience, operational feasibility, support behavior, and cost.
- Complex initiatives are broken down and shipped with strong milestone discipline and cross-functional alignment.
- Support-linked product journeys see measurable improvements in resolution quality, experience, and operational efficiency.
- High-priority roadmap initiatives are executed with speed, quality, and clear business impact.
What we are looking for
- 2-4 years of product management experience, with meaningful ownership of consumer facing products, logistics, support, or operations-heavy products.
- Strong product sense and execution ability: able to take ambiguous problems, define the right approach, and drive them through to launch.
- Experience working on high-scale customer-facing journeys with multiple stakeholders and operational dependencies.
- Ability to make clear trade-offs across UX, business impact, technical complexity, support behavior, and cost.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering, design, analytics, support, operations, and business teams.
- Comfort working across multiple product surfaces rather than optimizing only a single screen or workflow.
- Analytical thinking and familiarity with metrics, funnels, experimentation, and structured problem diagnosis.
- High ownership, bias for action, and comfort operating in fast-moving environments.
- Prior experience in post-order, support, chat, communication, or delivery/logistics journeys is a strong plus
