We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Engineer to lead our Service and Parts Sales operations across the Baltic countries. This role combines technical sales, customer support, and business management, focusing on driving business growth and operational excellence within the region.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for service and parts products.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding product selection, installation, and maintenance.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive business development initiatives.
  • Manage sales targets, KPIs, and ensure achievement of revenue goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (service, customer support , finance) to ensure seamless customer experience.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in technical sales, business development, or service and parts sales operations.
  • Proven track record of managing sales teams and business units, preferably in the Baltic region.
  • Strong understanding of technical products and solutions
  • Fluent in English
