As a Project Manager - Senior Associate within Asset & Wealth Management Operations team, you will manage the delivery of new features and products at scale, partnering across business, technology, finance, legal, risk, and compliance to deliver outcomes with an end-to-end focus on user experience and product strategy.
Job responsibilities
- Drive delivery of new features and product enhancements from initiation through implementation at scale
- Partner with stakeholders across business, operations, technology, legal, risk, and compliance to align priorities and execution plans
- Translate business strategy into clear requirements, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes
- Lead requirements gathering and maintain documentation to support delivery and decision-making
- Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing, regression testing, and implementation readiness activities
- Provide clear, timely updates on project status, risks, dependencies, and decisions to senior stakeholders
- Manage scope, timelines, and delivery trade-offs to meet deadlines in a fast-changing environment
- Promote continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing scalable solutions
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Several years of product management and/or project management experience within financial services
- Experience delivering change across multiple jurisdictions and regulated environments
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Proven stakeholder management skills, including building trusted relationships and aligning competing priorities
- Experience planning and coordinating testing activities (including user acceptance and regression testing)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills with disciplined follow-through
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deliverables, and perform well under deadline pressure
- High level of integrity and strong professional judgment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience supporting investment operations, wealth management operations, or fund services environments
- Experience delivering platform enhancements that improve user experience at scale
- Familiarity with product delivery approaches such as agile and iterative delivery methods
- Experience partnering with global teams across functions and time zones
