JOIN OUR TEAM
As a Senior Data Analyst within the Marketing Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in helping the marketing leadership team and marketing departments make better data-driven decisions. You will own several important data products (dashboards, business processes, etc.) with touchpoints across multiple marketing departments. This position is permanent and based in Munich. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and release recurring dashboards for core topics with a weekly/monthly cadence, used directly by the Marketing Leadership team
- Distill the most important, actionable insights from those reports and present them to senior stakeholders, as well as help shape Marketing data strategy by proposing the metrics and insights that matter most to the company
- Build and maintain dashboards, data models, and business logic in our Snowflake environment
- Run ad-hoc analyses to answer pressing business questions, and proactively identify data products and tooling that help stakeholders take data-driven approaches
- Use AI tools - coding agents, LLM-based workflows - to work faster and raise the scale and quality of your analysis, and help the team adopt them effectively
- Onboard and mentor peers to foster continuous learning and technical excellence across the team
YOU COME WITH
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role where you were required to obtain insights from data proactively
- Advanced SQL expertise (complex joins, window functions, query optimisation), strong knowledge of statistics with applications in Python, and solid experience in visualising results, ideally in Streamlit
- Fluency with modern AI tools (coding agents, LLM-based workflows) as part of your everyday analytical work
- A practical approach to complex problems, with a proven ability to pinpoint high-leverage opportunities and shift fluidly between granular deep dives and high-level strategic execution
- Strong presentation skills, confidence in communicating analytical insights to non-technical audiences, as well as a positive, responsible attitude: you take ownership end-to-end and follow through, and have the ability to independently manage complex processes in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
- Fluency in English
