Labcorp is seeking a Financial Analyst - FP&A to join our team in Bulgaria.
Work Schedule 40 hours per week, based on a five-day working week (Monday-Friday).
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze Support and SG&A financial performance during month-end close, forecasting, and budgeting cycles.
- Develop analytical tools and reports.
- Ensure data completeness and accuracy across financial reporting processes.
- Support monthly financial close processes.
- Improve forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Manage CapEx reporting, project tracking, and forecasting.
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses.
- Support process improvement initiatives.
- Present financial information to non-financial audiences.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2 or more years of previous accounting, finance, or data analysis experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Excel, database, and communication skills.
- Experience with enterprise financial planning/reporting systems and global organizations.
- CPA, MBA, Master's degree, ACA, CIMA, ACCA

About the role:
The Financial Analyst, FP&A is responsible for analyzing monthly financial performance and key performance indicators across Support and SG&A functions, helping business leaders understand financial results and variances. The role develops financial reporting and data sets to support month-end close, forecasting, and budgeting processes, leveraging multiple systems and data sources to provide actionable insights. This position manages the Capital Expenditure (CapEx) process, including tracking active projects, coordinating updates with stakeholders, forecasting capital spend and depreciation, and ensuring accurate reporting. The analyst works closely with Finance, Controllership, and Shared Services teams to support financial reporting accuracy and process improvement initiatives. The role also supports strategic and ad hoc FP&A projects and requires strong analytical capabilities, organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective stakeholder communication.
