Engineering Manager – Data
Location: Dehradun (Hybrid)
Experience: 10–15 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers while remaining hands-on with development.
- Drive technical architecture, solution design, and project delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Build and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure technologies.
- Review code, conduct technical mentoring, and ensure engineering best practices.
- Participate in sprint planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
- Support hiring, technical interviews, and team development.
