Role Purpose
We are seeking a creative, hands-on Brand & Content Graphic Designer to produce high-quality visual brand assets and social content across a growing portfolio of hospitality concepts.
This is primarily a graphic-design role with a strong content-creation element. The successful candidate will execute approved brand systems across digital, print, operational, and in-venue touchpoints, while also capturing and editing engaging food, people, venue, and lifestyle content for social media.
The role requires someone who can move comfortably between designing a menu, packaging, signage, campaign assets, and social templates, then step into a live venue to capture a Reel, edit it quickly in CapCut, write a strong caption, and produce platform-native content for Instagram and TikTok. Hospitality graphic-design roles increasingly combine brand-aligned digital and print production with photo/video capture and short-form editing for marketing use.
This is an execution-focused position working within established brand frameworks and approval structures. The Brand & Content Designer does not own overall brand strategy or independently redefine brand identities; instead, they bring approved creative direction to life accurately, consistently, and at pace across multiple brands.
Core Scope of the Role
- Produce visual brand assets across digital, print, operational, and in-venue touchpoints.
- Apply approved brand guidelines consistently across multiple hospitality concepts.
- Design content for social media, campaigns, launches, menus, packaging, signage, and promotional materials.
- Capture, edit, and adapt short-form photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels.
- Support content planning and campaign execution through strong visual storytelling and practical production.
- Maintain organised, version-controlled asset libraries and production-ready artwork.
- Work across multiple brand identities while meeting fast-paced operational and launch deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Asset Production
- Execute and produce high-quality visual assets across all Group concepts.
- Design collateral across digital and physical touchpoints, including menus, packaging, signage, uniforms, presentations, event materials, point-of-sale collateral, and in-venue communications.
- Produce digital assets for social media, website support, campaign launches, email communications, promotional activity, and internal presentations.
- Ensure all artwork follows approved brand guidelines, including typography, colour palettes, imagery, layout systems, and visual language.
- Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork for print, fabrication, digital use, and venue implementation.
- Maintain organised source files, asset libraries, templates, image folders, and version-control systems across all brands.
- Identify and flag inconsistent, missing, outdated, or incorrectly used brand assets where necessary.
Social Content Design & Creation
- Create visually engaging static posts, carousels, Stories, Reels covers, templates, animated assets, campaign graphics, and platform-specific social content.
- Shoot, edit, and deliver short-form video and photo content featuring food, drinks, chefs, teams, venues, events, guests, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Capture content in live restaurant environments with confidence, discretion, and awareness of guest experience.
- Edit short-form content using CapCut, native Instagram/TikTok tools, Adobe software, or equivalent editing tools.
- Apply strong visual pacing, colour treatment, on-screen text, subtitles, sound selection, transitions, and brand-consistent overlays.
- Adapt approved campaign creative into effective formats for Instagram, TikTok, Stories, paid digital placements, web, print, and in-venue use.
- Support content capture during prep, service, events, new-menu launches, activations, and pre-opening phases. Restaurant content-creator roles commonly require on-site capture of menu items, venue activity, and brand personality, followed by quick editing for social channels.
Content Planning & Campaign Support
- Support the creation and maintenance of monthly content calendars across multiple concepts.
- Work with the Brand and Digital Marketing teams to translate commercial priorities, menu launches, events, seasonal moments, and promotions into visual-content requirements.
- Assist with social-led campaign planning by developing content lists, design routes, shot lists, posting assets, and platform-specific adaptations.
- Contribute visual ideas for food, people, venue, lifestyle, trend, offer, and event content pillars.
- Monitor social-media formats, visual trends, platform updates, and competitor activity, then recommend relevant adaptations within approved brand direction.
- Support professional photography and videography shoot days through shot-list preparation, behind-the-scenes capture, social cutdowns, and asset organisation.
- Participate in weekly performance reviews with the Digital Marketing team and use practical learnings to improve future creative output. Content-design and social-design roles commonly involve editorial calendars, platform-specific asset creation, analytics review, and refinement based on engagement data.
Brand Consistency & Operational Delivery
- Apply approved visual identity systems consistently across all deliverables and channels.
- Ensure alignment across layout, composition, typography, imagery, tone, and visual quality.
- Work directly from approved concept books, brand guidelines, campaign briefs, and feedback.
- Ensure menus, packaging, signage, operational materials, and venue collateral are functional, legible, technically accurate, and ready for production.
- Coordinate print specifications, artwork files, dimensions, finishes, fabrication requirements, and supplier-ready files where required.
- Support operational teams by delivering assets that are clear, usable, accurate, and fit for purpose.
- Manage high-volume work across multiple concepts while maintaining quality, attention to detail, and clear separation between brand identities. Consistent typography, image treatment, and reusable templates are key to maintaining a coherent restaurant social presence across frequent posts and campaigns.
Community & Collaboration Support
- Support basic community management across social accounts by responding to comments and DMs in line with approved tone-of-voice guidance.
- Engage appropriately with guests, food creators, and relevant community conversations, escalating sensitive or high-value interactions to the Digital Marketing team.
- Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Operations, chefs, venue teams, and external suppliers to gather content and deliver campaigns accurately.
- Communicate clearly on timelines, asset requirements, feedback, approvals, and production status.
- Support other brand and marketing tasks as required during launches, seasonal activations, and priority campaigns.
Key Outputs
- Production-ready assets across digital, print, packaging, menus, signage, and operational touchpoints.
- Consistent visual application of approved brand identities across all Group concepts.
- Regular social-media content, including static posts, short-form video, Stories, campaign assets, and content templates.
- Timely delivery of launch, promotional, seasonal, operational, and campaign materials.
- Organised and accessible asset libraries, templates, source files, and content folders.
- Clear, accurate, and visually strong work delivered within approved brand and production standards.
Ideal Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, content design, or a similar creative role.
- Hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, retail, or consumer-brand experience is strongly preferred.
- A strong portfolio showing brand application across print, packaging, social content, campaigns, menus, signage, and digital assets.
- Evidence of short-form social content that the candidate has personally shot and edited, particularly Reels or TikToks.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong working knowledge of CapCut, Canva, Instagram/TikTok native tools, and basic photography or videography workflows.
- Familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, or motion-design tools is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout systems, colour, image treatment, and production specifications.
- Good written English for captions, hooks, on-screen text, and short-form scripts; Arabic copywriting or Arabic content skills are an advantage.
- Comfortable shooting on an iPhone and working in live restaurant environments, including occasional evenings, weekends, events, or launches.
- Highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple brands, deadlines, and approval processes simultaneously.
