Position Overview

This is more than a job. It’s a chance to build, grow, and make a real impact! Join our team as our new Program/Project Manager.

Your working environment

Within SBS, the Digital Engagement (DE) Global Business Unit is in charge of developing, commercializing, and operating the Digital and Open Banking solutions. It implies the front-end customer-facing engagement products (web, mobile, other digital channels) along side with the compliance related products.

In the DE entity, the Professional Services (PS) Business Unit is in charge of deploying, configuring, fine-tuning our solutions in customer context. They are also in charge of advising and accompanying our customers into adopting and validating these solutions to best fit their needs until it is made available to their retail and business end users.

As part of the PS team, you will contribute to our success by helping configure and deploy our customers’ digital solutions based on our portfolio of R&D components.

To do so, you will be part of a SaaS/Cloud ecosystem with external third-party partners. Your internal contacts are product and project managers as well as developers, solution architects and DevOps from all our geographies.

Responsibilities

The Program/Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects or larger programs within scope, budget, and timeline while ensuring quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction. He/She coordinates multi-assets-, cross-functional- and international teams, manages risks, and maintains clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. His/Her mission is to ensure successful project outcomes that align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Building and managing detailed project plans and timelines
  • Coordinating internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing budget, resources, and project documentation
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks
  • Monitoring progress and ensuring adherence to quality standards
  • Reporting regularly to leadership and key stakeholders
  • Ensuring smooth project closure and lessons-learned evaluation

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing projects from initiation to delivery, both in FP and T&M context, in complex, multi-assets, international environments (MEA specifically is a plus) involving multiple stakeholders: customers, third parties, integration partners and/or editors…
  • Experience in managing project related to front-end solutions based on latest Cloud technologies and tools such as REST APIs, microservices, GitLab, Kubernetes
  • Budget management and financial tracking fundamentals
  • Understanding of risk management, change management, and stakeholder management
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Atlassian JIRA
  • Ability to interpret project metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators
  • Experience on early stage products and agile/iterative implementation projects

Your profile

  • You have at least of experience in similar responsibilities (Project Management) in different product lines, and you have a willingness to grow into more complex, larger and multi-asset project and program management roles on the long run.
  • You are autonomous and proactive in your daily work.
  • Your strong ability to adapt and your sense of compromise allows you to dialogue with several levels of stakeholders in a multicultural environment and find appropriate solutions to complex matters, with both customers and implementation teams based worldwide. You are customer service-oriented (internal and external) and know how to think "out of the box". You are proficient (speaking/writing) in both English and French.
  • Preferred locations are Paris, Brussels or Noida.
