Job Summary:
Responsible for the preparation of analyses and reports for department managers. Supports the annual budget process, expense and/or staffing forecasts or statistical reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepares analyses and reports for department managers. Works with assigned organizational unit(s) to develop annual budgets, expense and staffing forecasts, and statistical reporting. Supports month end close. Prepares and consolidates financial data. Prepares statistical reporting, including financial performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis. Executes special projects as assigned.

US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles - Evaluates US accounting standards to record transactions in compliance with requirements and company policies; assesses the accounting requirements and objectives to determine the implications on the business and communicate to stakeholders with varying financial knowledge.
Education, Licenses, Certifications: College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.
Experience: Minimal relevant professional work experience in the field of study required.

- Explain expense variances and support initiatives to improve cost awareness across the organization.
- Support Plant Controller for statutory audit , cost audit and internal audit deliverables.
Financial Operations & Processes
- Participate in special projects as assigned and complete ad hoc reporting requests as required.
Note - This position will be part of the India Finance Development Program (IFDP), a rotation program for fresh Chartered Accountants with 0-2 yrs of experience where the participant will get varied experience in 3 domains through 3 roles over a period of 4 years. 2 of these roles will be mandatory - one in Plant Finance and one in Controls - with the 3rd role based on business requirement and / or the participant's interest.
