The IT Product Manager – Customer Service & Marketing is responsible for defining and driving the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for MCC Label’s Salesforce platform supporting Customer Service and Marketing capabilities. This role partners closely with Customer Service, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence leadership to ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value and enhance customer experience.

This position owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, from vision and roadmap through execution and continuous improvement. The Product Manager prioritizes initiatives based on business impact, aligns stakeholders, and ensures delivery of scalable, efficient solutions that improve service operations and marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the total cost of ownership of technology solutions, including platform costs, support, and ensuring appropriate return on new investments
  • Responsible for measurement and driving adoption of technology solutions
  • Must work cross-functionally with other IT organizations to ensure appropriate architecture standards are met, financially planning and forecasting completed in cycle, service management disciplines are followed, and standards for quality are met
  • Manage external resources utilized to support technology solutions
  • Maintain strong relationship with vendors of technology platforms
  • Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Customer Service & Marketing capabilities
  • Stay on top of technology trends to proactively bring opportunities to business stakeholders.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define outcomes, and prioritize initiatives aligned to customer experience and business value
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and drive execution with technical teams
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Customer Service, Marketing, IT, and external partners
  • Ensure successful delivery of enhancements and strategic initiatives, with a focus on adoption, usability, and measurable impact
  • Responsible for ensuring appropriate change management related to technology solutions
  • Responsible for identification and measurement of KPIs related to technical platforms, capabilities and services for Customer Service & Marketing
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights, customer feedback, and performance metrics
  • Act as the primary point of accountability for product performance, scalability, and long-term evolution

Qualifications:

  • Experienced (2 years or more) in IT with responsibilities for CRM or ERP system configuration and support
  • Project Management experience and expertise
  • Business process, system and data analysis skills with business application project implementation experience.
  • Advanced technical ability to manage and support systems.
  • Experience with (but not necessarily expert in) Microsoft Windows, Windows Server and Database Technology.

This role is primarily office-based or home office-based, requiring extended periods of sitting, computer use, occasional walking or light lifting, and may involve brief visits to manufacturing areas; reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed.
