About the Role:

Triunity Software in Calgary, AB is looking for a talented Java Developer to join their growing team. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based applications and services

• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features

• Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and daily stand-ups

• Integrate third-party APIs and internal microservices as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Java Developer or similar software engineering role

• Strong proficiency in Java (8+), Spring Boot, and RESTful API development

• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle

• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC)

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
