A Landscape Project Manager oversees landscape projects from planning through completion. The role combines project management, landscape/construction knowledge, budgeting, scheduling, and client communication.
Job Description
Position: Landscape Project Manager
Key responsibilities:
- Manage landscape construction and installation projects from start to finish.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, estimates, and timelines.
- Coordinate crews, suppliers and clients.
- Review landscape plans, drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
- Conduct job-site visits and monitor progress, quality, safety, and productivity.
- Order materials, equipment, plants, irrigation components, and other supplies.
- Track labor, materials, change orders, and project costs.
- Communicate regularly with customers regarding project status, changes, and expectations.
- Resolve field issues and coordinate solutions when plans or site conditions change.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Current and unrestricted Driver's license with a clean record
- 5 years experience in this or a related field is required
- Previous leadership experience
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature
