Senior Data Analyst

Optiveum is partnering with a prominent client to find a Senior Data Analyst for their Recovery Data Management team. For this role, Optiveum acts as both the recruitment and the contracting party, meaning you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.

Key Details:

  • Work Model: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office per week)
  • Location: Gdańsk, Gdynia, or Warsaw
  • Rate: Up to 140 PLN/h
  • Language: Fluent English

About the Role:

You will support the ongoing development of data solutions within the Recovery domain. Working closely with business stakeholders and technology teams, you will translate business requirements into scalable and reliable data solutions. You are expected to work independently, take ownership of your deliveries, and quickly build domain knowledge.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements.
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining data models and resilient data pipelines.
  • Taking full ownership of deliveries—from requirements through implementation, testing, and production deployment.
  • Building and optimizing solutions using SQL, Python, Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow.
  • Integrating data through enterprise APIs and various other data sources.
  • Driving automation and applying modern engineering practices, including CI/CD and automated testing.
  • Ensuring the long-term maintainability, stability, and reliability of all delivered solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Data Engineering and Data Warehousing.
  • Strong, hands-on programming experience with SQL and Python.
  • Proven track record working with Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow.
  • Strong data modeling skills and experience designing scalable, resilient data pipelines.
  • Experience with API integrations and modern data architectures.
  • Solid software engineering practices, including Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Fluent in English, allowing for seamless communication in an international environment.
