Senior Project Manager (HLS)
Coastal is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a key enterprise client in the life sciences space.
A successful project manager in this role brings strong project management fundamentals and a track record of supporting senior leaders across complex, cross-functional workstreams. They are equally comfortable managing up, coordinating across teams, and doing the hands-on work themselves.
PMs are expected not only to deliver projects effectively, but also to champion standardized ways of working, build alignment across stakeholders, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and continuously strengthen how the organization delivers results.
This project manager will support Reimbursement Services and partner closely with AVP, Reimbursement Services to advance the management of data and reporting workstreams, including backlog reporting by Therapeutic Area, CRM migrations, and potential vendor transitions. The role requires strong collaboration across brand teams, vendor management
and IT/CRM systems, Retention Services, Value & Access, and Tech, while operating in an environment characterized by active system and CRM migration, vendor transitions in progress, cross-functional complexity, and regulatory and compliance weight.
Success in this role is measured by the PM's ability to apply the CSH Project Management Center of Excellence standards while enabling the business to achieve its strategic objectives.

- Ability to support project management workstreams through CRM migrations, maintaining continuity and coordination through system change.

- Ability to navigate upcoming vendor transitions, managing scope, timeline, and risk as ownership shifts.

- Uses and promotes PM COE standards, tools, templates, and methodologies in day-to-day work.

Experience/Skills Required:
- Experience supporting a senior leader or leadership team across multiple concurrent workstreams while managing competing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience leading data and reporting workstreams, including backlog reporting across Therapeutic Areas.
- Experience managing CRM migrations and system transitions within Life Sciences Cloud or similar CRM.
- Experience navigating vendor transitions, including scope, timeline, and risk management.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in reimbursement, hub services, or specialty pharmacy operations.
- Hands-on experience with Life Sciences Cloud CRM or equivalent CRM platforms used in migration.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to work onsite in Indianapolis 3 days per week
