We are Franklin Templeton’s central AI team, responsible for driving innovation and delivering generative AI solutions across the entire organization. Our growing team includes over 100 full-time employees and valued vendor partners, structured into dedicated strategy, product, platform, and research groups, with broad infrastructure engineering support from the wider Franklin Templeton Technology (FTT) organization. The Opportunity:

  • As the demand for AI-driven products continues to grow, Franklin Templeton is seeking a GenAI Product Manager who will play a crucial role in leading the development of our generative AI solutions. This role is pivotal in navigating complex environments, collaborating across multiple autonomous teams, and ensuring that user needs are effectively translated into impactful product features. The ideal candidate will have experience managing AI product lifecycles, from ideation to execution, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

How You Will Add Value?

  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups to define and deliver impactful AI product features.
  • Serve as the primary interface between users and technical teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Leverage user feedback and market insights to drive continuous improvement. Lead the product development process, from roadmap creation to agile execution.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and align on priorities for timely delivery.
  • Help shape the company’s AI strategy to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for innovation in generative AI solutions. Ensure our products address real business needs and deliver measurable value.

What Will Help You Be Successful?

  • Minimum 4-7 years in product management roles, ideally with AI, machine learning, or advanced technology focus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (AI/ML focus not required).
  • Strong sense of autonomy and ownership.
  • Strong understanding of both engineering and research science aspects of AI product development.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and managing the full product lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and modern AI tools.
  • Exceptional adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (Hybrid work arrangement based in India)
