Who we are
About Bridge
We're creating an entirely new payments platform, built with stablecoins, to simplify global money movement. Bridge enables faster, cheaper payments and borderless access to dollars via stablecoins. Through our APIs, businesses can send and receive funds across borders faster and cheaper vs. SWIFT and other fiat-only rails. Our virtual accounts enable international consumers and businesses to easily access, store, and spend US dollars. Our payouts infrastructure enables platforms to disburse USD to anyone globally. We believe many trillions of dollars will move and settle through stablecoin payment rails. Bridge is pulling this future forward.
We have a small team of people who have previously built financial infrastructure at some of the world's leading companies (Coinbase, Stripe, Square, Brex, Upstart, DoorDash, Airbnb), and each and every one of them chose Bridge because they fundamentally believe that stablecoins will be a critical piece of financial infrastructure that allows for the improvement of global money movement.
About the team
Join our Product team to build the systems that make global, programmable money trustworthy at scale. At Bridge, we’re not just improving global payments — we’re reinventing how money moves across borders using stablecoins and modern financial infrastructure.
As a Product Manager for Developer Experience, you'll own the end-to-end developer experience from their first encounter with Bridge to transacting billions of dollars in volume on our platform. You'll work at the intersection of product, engineering, data, and go-to-market to build the self-serve onboarding, developer Dashboard, and activation systems that help any developer build a scaled and successful business with Bridge.
This role is about enabling a developer of any size and stage to build and scale their business successfully on Bridge.
What you’ll do
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end developer lifecycle and key products, spanning self-serve sign-up, KYB and onboarding, the developer Dashboard, and activation and retention programs.
- Drive product features from ideation to launch in close collaboration with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams.
- Design and evolve data-driven signals and systems that recognize what a developer needs at each stage and respond automatically with the right nudges, support, and interventions.
- Define and own the product roadmap that creates a scalable and intuitive experience for every developer to use Bridge’s full suite products.
- Define and own key developer metrics (e.g. activation rate, time-to-first-transaction, developer retention) to drive business impact.
- Partner closely with go-to-market and support teams to understand developer feedback and ship improvements rapidly.
Who you are
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
- Empathy for users: You’re passionate about uncovering and solving pain points.
- Deep curiosity: You never stop asking “why” and dig into both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Owner’s mentality: You tackle challenges head-on and drive solutions with conviction.
- Collaborative spirit: You work seamlessly with team members but aren’t afraid to make the call when needed.
- Clarity and simplicity: You translate complex systems into intuitive, straightforward user experiences.
- Bias for learning: You embrace mistakes as opportunities to grow and improve quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6–10+ years of product management experience, with exposure to developer platforms, onboarding, and product-led growth.
- Experience building or owning systems related to onboarding, activation, retention, or self-serve growth.
- Experience operating across multiple customer segments or go-to-market motions, from self-serve to enterprise.
- Comfort working with APIs, dashboards, or developer-facing platforms.
- Experience in fintech, payments, or crypto.
If you’re ready to shape the future of how money moves, we want to hear from you!
