DevOps Team:
We are looking for Network Engineer for our DevOps team that combines development and operations to create an efficient and reliable IT infrastructure. The team is responsible for service deployment and backup
Challenges that await you:
- Deploy, configure, and maintain network hardware/software (Juniper, Cisco switches/routers, firewalls, APs, WLC, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
- Support VoIP solutions and wireless networks (WLC, AP)
- Optimize WAN performance via BGP, QoS, and dynamic routing
- Collaborate with ISPs and vendors for new WAN channels and project delivery.
- Resolve AWS cloud networking tasks (Direct Connect, VPN, etc.).
- Implement security policies, tools, and procedures with the security team.
- Develop Low-Level Designs (LLD): network schemas (L2/L3), IP addressing, configuration details.
- Automate tasks via Python, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab)
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide L2/L3 support.
What makes you a great fit:
- 2+ years as a Network Engineer, preferably in banking/finance
- Hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper devices (routing, switching, firewalls).
- Deep expertise: BGP, OSPF, VPC, STP, QoS, IPSec, VPN, 802.11, 802.1x.
- TCP/IP stack and OSI model proficiency.
- Monitoring tools: SolarWinds, Wireshark, or similar.
- Scripting (Python, Ansible) for network automation.
- AWS networking (Direct Connect, VPN).
- B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
- Openness to relocate and work on-site at our product and expertise location - in our office in Mexico

- Certifications: CCNP, JNCIP-ENT, JNCIS-DC, or equivalent.
