JOB TITLE Senior Associate- Data Analyst | Majid Al Futtaim- Development  ROLE SUMMARY Support the Sales Operations team by owning and analyzing business data across sales, collections, broker performance, and customer transactions. The role focuses on turning data into meaningful insights, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making through clear reporting and presentations.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Analyze sales, collections, broker activity, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Develop dashboards and presentations highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations
  • Monitor key metrics such as sales conversion, collections, defaulters, and broker performance
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across CRM systems (sales, customer, broker records)
  • Identify data gaps and inconsistencies, and drive improvements in data quality
  • Support forecasting, performance tracking, and periodic reporting for leadership reviews
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and CRM teams to validate data and ensure alignment
  • Enhance reporting efficiency through process improvements, automation, and documentation of data standards

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable outcomes
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic modelling)
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Ability to create clear, structured presentations from data (PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of sales cycles, collections tracking, and performance metrics
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and highly organized
