A product company in the fintech domain is looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to join its Mobile R&D team and build high-scale cross-platform mobile applications used by customers worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
- Design scalable, high-performance mobile solutions and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Integrate REST APIs, WebSockets, and third-party SDKs.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Support releases, production issues, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor developers and help improve application quality and performance.

Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Flutter development in production.
- Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter architecture, and state management.
- Experience with native Android and/or iOS development.
- Experience with mobile CI/CD, app publishing, and release management.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and real-time communication technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluent Hebrew and English.
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, trading, or other regulated industries.
- Experience with Firebase, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Braze, or similar mobile analytics tools.
- Experience with WebSockets/SignalR, automated testing, FVM, or monorepo environments.
