About This Role:

A Business Process Analyst is responsible for leading and executing process improvements across deposit account services, payment solutions, and marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can work cross-functionally to drive operational efficiencies, enhance customer experience, and support business growth. The Business Process Analyst will also analyze customer feedback, particularly net promoter score (NPS) survey results, to look for process improvements to enhance the member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for Deposit Account Services and Payment Solutions to optimize operational efficiency and member satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and improve payment processing systems to ensure they are efficient, secure, and user-friendly.
  • Challenge the status quo to find ways to optimize performance to deliver results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and implement process enhancements that align with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Develop and execute improvement action plans.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure that process changes are effectively implemented and understood.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Work with IT and other departments to implement technology solutions that enhance account management and member experience.
  • Develop tracking tools and measures to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Measure process improvement benefits after changes are implemented.
  • Review and analyze net promoter score (NPS) survey results to identify trends, areas for improvement, and member satisfaction drivers.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop strategies that address feedback from NPS surveys, enhancing overall member experience.
  • Support marketing campaigns by ensuring that process improvements are aligned with marketing goals and customer expectations.
  • Work closely with senior management to align process improvement initiatives with the organization’s strategic vision.
  • Plan for and analyze gaps and trends and influence direction with business partners. Build cohesive relationships across all business lines and drive change.

Who You Are:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5+ yrs of experience in finance or related field
  • Must be strategic minded and results oriented.
  • Ability to influence others and move towards a common vision and/or goal
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships within area of influence as well as cross-functionally within the larger organization
  • Drive alignment a cross- functional teams with direct reporting structure.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $64,272.00 - $80,340.00, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential incentives. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus. If you are hired at USALLIANCE Federal Credit Union, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part is any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
