- Lead, mentor, and manage the DevOps team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Linux-based production environments.
- Develop and maintain Shell scripts to automate operational and deployment tasks.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.
- Support and optimize microservices-based applications and infrastructure.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot application servers.
- Implement and manage backup, restore, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Administer and optimize MongoDB databases, including backup, replication, and performance tuning.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security to ensure high reliability.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to improve deployment processes.
- Establish DevOps standards, documentation, and operational best practices.
- Perform root cause analysis for production issues and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure infrastructure complies with security, compliance, and governance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- 5-7 years of experience in DevOps, Systems Administration, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience leading or mentoring a DevOps or Infrastructure team.
- Expert-level knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting.
- Strong experience with Shell Scripting for automation.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration and container orchestration.
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.
- Experience managing Application Servers (e.g., Apache Tomcat, JBoss/WildFly, WebLogic, or WebSphere).
- Experience with MongoDB, including installation, administration, backup, replication, and performance tuning.
- Strong knowledge of Backup & Restore strategies and disaster recovery planning.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud) is an advantage.
