About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst (Integrations & Interoperability), you'll support the delivery of healthcare integration initiatives across Telstra Health's product ecosystem. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Architects and Engineers to deliver connected healthcare solutions through FHIR, APIs and interoperability.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead business analysis activities across integration and interoperability initiatives.
  • Gather, analyse and document business, functional and integration requirements.
  • Analyse and define FHIR-based workflows and healthcare data exchange requirements.
  • Document REST and SOAP API requirements, business rules and interface specifications.
  • Develop process flows, data mappings and interface documentation.
  • Partner with technical and business stakeholders to support solution design and delivery.
  • Use SQL to analyse, validate and troubleshoot data across multiple systems.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement and discovery activities.
  • Identify system impacts, dependencies, risks and integration considerations.
  • Support testing, validation and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

  • Experience working with FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) and healthcare interoperability solutions.
  • Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs and experience supporting integration delivery.
  • Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation and troubleshooting.
  • Experience delivering systems integration initiatives within complex healthcare environments.
  • Experience developing data mappings, interface specifications and solution documentation.
  • Significant Business Analysis experience across healthcare technology, product or transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working with Architecture, Engineering and business teams to deliver technology solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication and requirements gathering skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • Experience within healthcare, digital health or health technology environments will be highly regarded.
