Do you love turning “we should really do something about that” into “done, and it worked”? We’re looking for an Enterprise Project Manager & Business Analyst to lead projects that matter, for our members, our staff, and our community. You’ll partner with leaders across Group Health Cooperative of South-Central Wisconsin to define what success looks like, build the plan, and see it through from kickoff to hand-off. Along the way, you’ll study how our teams work, find ways to make it better, and help design solutions that actually fit.

You’re a natural organizer who keeps people motivated and moving in the same direction, even when the schedule gets interesting. You can explain a complex idea to a room of executives, then turn around and explain it just as clearly to the people doing the work. You ask good questions, listen closely, and know that the best solution usually starts with understanding the problem.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from start to finish: set scope, build timelines, manage risks, and keep everyone informed
  • Run productive meetings (agendas, minutes, and follow-through included)
  • Study how our teams work today and recommend practical improvements
  • Turn user needs into clear requirements for our technical teams
  • Make sure finished projects improve the member experience and how we deliver care and coverage
  • Present updates and recommendations to leadership
  • Help with IT incident response when something needs fixing quickly
  • Build strong relationships across the organization, and help teammates sharpen their own project skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management information systems, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience)
  • 3–5 years of IT or business experience, with project management and business analysis experience (Agile, Waterfall, or a mix)
  • Understanding of healthcare and health insurance, and of how clinical teams work
  • Proven ability to manage several priorities at once and meet deadlines
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to keep patient and member information confidential (HIPAA knowledge, or willingness to learn it)
  • A consultative style and a team-first attitude
  • Flexibility with hours (including occasional weekends) and the ability to travel to our sites
  • Comfort keeping up with changing technology and processes

Desired

  • Experience with Epic or other electronic medical record systems
  • 2+ years with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Epic applications
  • Previous leadership experience
  • A sense of humor. We work hard, and we have fun doing it.

Benefits

  • Healthy work-life balance
  • Hybrid work; majority of time from home, some in person time for longer meetings or events
  • Non-profit, member- and community-focused organization
  • Agile leadership that supports innovation
  • Training and skill development encouraged
