Your future role

As a DevOps Specialist , you will play a critical role in enabling automation, scalability, and reliability across our technology stack. Your mission is to design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines that accelerate development cycles, ensure seamless integration, and support continuous delivery for our solutions.

Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across projects, architects and technical experts, manage DevOps deliveries, and ensure solutions/pipelines integrate applications, infrastructure, security, and services blocks seamlessly.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery of applications.
  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, CaaS) for performance, security, and cost efficiency.
  • Introduce best practices in DevOps including monitoring, logging, and incident response.
  • Support existing solutions like HealthHub, TrainTracer, Passenger Information Systems, and CCTV by improving deployment and operational workflows.
  • Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating new tools and technologies to enhance automation and delivery speed.

  • Engineering degree or equivalent in information technology
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps and IT architecture, with significant expertise on Azure Cloud
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g, GitLab CI, Arifactory, etc.), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Azure
  • Programming Skills: infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform / Terragrunt, Ansible, etc.) and Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.)
  • Problem-Solver: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across development and production environments
  • Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Continuous Learner: Passion for staying up-to-date with emerging DevOps practices and technologies
  • Strong understanding of IT disciplines, including security, infrastructure, cloud, and application logic
  • Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international, matrix environment
  • Intellectual curiosity, creativity, and a results-oriented mindset
