Our stability, resources, and respectful culture supports you in building a solid career with a great team you can count on day in and day out for the long term.

As a Sr Pricing Data Analyst, you’ll act as the primary administrator of commercial program terms as it relates to credits, fees, and other contractual or commercial requirements across sectors within StandardAero. You will also work with Customer Programs, Finance, Supply Chain and any other related parties to generate, submit, and validate required reports and ensure that the required financial steps are followed internally.

What you’ll do:

  • Own customer dispute resolution as the primary POC, supporting CPMs across both product lines; track, manage, and action disputes while balancing financial integrity and customer experience, including direct customer interaction for escalated issues.
  • Serve as the senior pricing analyst and subject-matter expert, training and mentoring pricing analysts and establishing consistent best practices, templates, processes, and quality standards.
  • Oversee pricing, estimating, billing, and financial analysis activities, ensuring accurate estimates and invoicing, effective forecasting, and achievement of team metrics and targets.
  • Track and measure pricing and estimating activities, including initial estimates, updated estimates, and reforecasts, ensuring pricing reflects current costs, scope, and business objectives.
  • Audit and manage customer billing, ensuring invoices are accurate, timely, and aligned with contractual terms, project milestones, and approved pricing; support billing reconciliation and resolution of invoicing questions.
  • Ensure financial and data integrity by maintaining alignment between approved estimates, actual costs, and financial results; support month-end close through estimate reviews, billing reconciliation, revenue analysis, and variance reporting.
  • Analyze and report trends and patterns in customer disputes, estimating, and invoicing issues, providing feedback to analysts and identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce errors.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Customer Program Managers, Operations, Sales, and Product Management, providing pricing insights and serving as the primary support for contract interpretation related to pricing, as well as margin and invoicing research and resolution.
  • Lead continuous improvement and manage pricing priorities, strengthening pricing, estimating, billing, and financial processes while driving consistency, efficiency, and process improvement across the organization.
  • Serve as backup to the Manager, Customer Programs for pricing processes, QDP, and financial forecasting, while providing mentorship, reviewing team work quality, supporting professional development, and driving pricing best practices across the team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial, accounting, contracting, invoicing, pricing, estimating, or other related transactional or analytical work requiring accuracy and attention to detail.
