Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our rapidly growing Supply Chain organization by transforming data into actionable insights. In this role, you'll develop KPI dashboards, analyze operational and supplier performance data, and help drive process improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and cost performance. Working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, and Manufacturing teams, you'll play a key role in improving data integrity, supporting new product launches, and enabling data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, AS9100 manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Support rapidly growing Supply Chain with improving data integrity, implementing metrics and building dashboards.
- Monitor & track supplier performance using established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze supply chain and operational data to support project development, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Support supply chain projects and operational initiatives focused on improving service, efficiency, flexibility, and cost performance.
- Prepare regular performance scorecards and reports for management review
- Survey suppliers to evaluate production capacity and readiness for demand changes
- Support documentation and reporting in an AS9100 environment
- Lead or support supplier escalations and corrective action processes
- Support cross-functional projects aimed at improving supply base performance and capabilities.
- Comfortable performing repeatable daily tasks while proactively identifying opportunities to automate and optimize processes for future scalability.
- Support planning for new product launches
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of combined data analytics
- 2+ years of experience in a supply chain, operations, logistics, or related environment;
- Experience with ERP systems, with Odoo/NetSuite preferred
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners
- Strong experience in creating KPI dashboards
- Understanding operational process flow critical
- Strong attention to detail, proactive critical thinking
- Process-oriented and team-focused
Physical Demands

· Visual acuity to read screens, documents, and reports.
· Occasional reaching, bending, or stooping to access file drawers, cabinets, or office supplies.
· Lifting and carrying items up to 20 pounds occasionally (e.g., office supplies, packages).
