The Contact Center’s Risk Strategy, Planning, Analytics, Reporting, and Communications (SPARC) Team is seeking a curious, analytical, and driven Business Intelligence Analyst Intern to help transform data into actionable insights. This role is ideal for students interested in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, process improvement, risk management, and strategic decision support.
As an intern, you will work alongside analysts and business leaders to explore data, identify trends, develop reporting solutions, and contribute to initiatives that help leaders make informed decisions.
About Our Team
The SPARC Team enables leadership decision-making through data, insights, governance, strategic planning, and effective communication. Our work spans reporting and dashboard development, workflow design, data governance, strategic planning, maturity assessments, risk intelligence, and executive communications. We partner closely with leaders to transform risk information into action and help drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Your Role
As a Business Intelligence Analyst Intern, you will help collect, organize, analyze, and visualize information that supports business decision-making. You will learn how reporting, data governance, and analytics come together to create meaningful business intelligence.
The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2027 and ending in August 2027. Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship. To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.

Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in data visualization and reporting
- Comfortable working with basic data analysis tools and concepts
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI, Databricks, SQL, Tableau, Python, or similar tools
- Experience with SharePoint Online
- Familiarity with business process improvement concepts
