This is an exciting opportunity to combine project management, advanced analytics, and supply chain strategy. You’ll lead transformation initiatives from initial concept through implementation, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, reduce costs, enhance service, and create sustainable value across transportation, processing, and distribution networks.

This role is a hybrid position requiring on site presence Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in our Parsippany, NJ office.

Starting salary range is $130,000-$150,000.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage multiple supply chain projects from pre-study and solution design through implementation and operational handover.
  • Own project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful delivery.
  • Bring together teams across Operations, IT, Commercial, and Finance to turn ideas into practical solutions.
  • Analyze processes, identify root causes and bottlenecks, and model scenarios to support data-driven decisions.
  • Translate complex data into clear recommendations, executive presentations, and compelling customer value propositions.
  • Analyze and optimize transportation and distribution networks, port and yard operations, capacity, and cargo flows.
  • Build business cases that demonstrate opportunities for cost reduction, improved service, operational efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Support commercial teams with customer assessments, solution proposals, and ROI analysis.
  • Lead the implementation of new logistics solutions and customer contracts, ensuring a smooth transition into operations.
  • Engage and influence internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, through clear communication and data-backed recommendations.

What You’ll Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, project management, or consulting.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with transportation or distribution networks, cost modeling, process optimization, and performance management, preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to turn complex information into practical business solutions.
  • A proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset, with the confidence to take ownership and navigate ambiguity.

It’s a plus if you have:

  • Experience in automotive, industrial logistics, or third-party logistics (3PL).
