About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help build and maintain reliable, scalable and secure cloud infrastructure that supports our products and engineering teams.

You’ll work closely with Engineering, Security and other teams to improve our cloud platforms, deployment processes and production environments. You’ll have the opportunity to solve complex infrastructure challenges, improve platform reliability and help engineering teams deliver software safely and efficiently.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys automation, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes and continuous improvement, and who takes ownership of the systems they support

What You’ll Do• Take ownership of the reliability, availability, scalability and performance of critical systems and services.

• Design, build and maintain cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes platforms.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines to support safe, repeatable and efficient software delivery.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, deployment and operational workflows using tools such as Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Review cloud architectures and recommend improvements across reliability, scalability, maintainability and security.
• Establish and improve DevOps practices across cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, release management and environment management.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Implement observability practices including logging, monitoring, alerting, dashboards and SLO/SLA tracking.
• Support incident response, change management, deployment planning and production readiness reviews.
• Work closely with engineering teams to improve developer experience, deployment velocity, system resilience and operational efficiency.
• Support vulnerability remediation and security hardening across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, containers and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, vendors and external assessors on audits, reviews and technical assurance activities.
• Maintain clear documentation covering infrastructure architecture, operational procedures, runbooks and platform standards.

5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering or Infrastructure Engineering.

Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms.

Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker and cloud-native deployment patterns.

Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.

Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines or similar.

Good understanding of networking, DNS, load balancing, certificates, firewalls, private connectivity and cloud security groups.

Experience operating production systems with high availability, monitoring, alerting, backup, disaster recovery and incident management practices.

Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Datadog, ELK or similar.

Good understanding of cloud and Kubernetes security best practices.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across application, infrastructure, deployment and performance issues.

Ability to communicate technical risks, trade-offs and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with engineering and cross-functional teams.
