About You

You are a hands-on project professional with experience delivering business transformation, transition, or process improvement initiatives. You combine structured project execution with practical change management support and strong stakeholder coordination.

You will work with Global Process Owners, PMO teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage project activities, support change adoption, and deliver sustainable improvements across global business processes.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage medium complexity projects or workstreams from planning through implementation and closure.
  • Maintain project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action trackers.
  • Coordinate project activities across global and cross-functional teams.
  • Support change impact assessments, communication, training, engagement, and readiness activities.
  • Track progress, project outcomes, adoption actions, and benefit realization.
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, status reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Prepare clear project updates, governance materials, and supporting documentation.
  • Identify and support process standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Support business case development and benefit tracking.
  • Apply PMO methodologies, tools, templates, and quality standards consistently.

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need the Following Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, transition, transformation, or process improvement.
  • Hands-on experience supporting multi-country or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience managing project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder actions.
  • Exposure to change management, communication, training, readiness, or adoption activities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Fluent English required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, Agile, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience supporting GBS transitions or global business process transformation.
  • Experience working with Global Process Owners or PMO teams.
  • Exposure to process standardization, optimization, automation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
