Join our Cybersecurity practice, where you will work alongside cybersecurity, risk, regulatory and technology specialists supporting clients across financial services and other industries. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to help organisations strengthen resilience, navigate evolving regulations and address emerging technology risks.
What your role will look like
As a Cybersecurity Experienced Manager, you will lead complex client engagements at the intersection of cybersecurity, risk and regulation. Your role exists to help organisations make informed decisions, strengthen their security posture and transform regulatory requirements into practical, business-focused actions that support long-term resilience.
- Advise senior client stakeholders, including CISOs, IT security leaders and executive teams, on cybersecurity governance, risk management and resilience strategies.
- Lead regulatory transformation programmes related to DORA, NIS2 and other cybersecurity frameworks, helping clients define realistic compliance roadmaps and implementation priorities.
- Assess and strengthen the security posture of AI and GenAI initiatives, covering governance, access controls, third-party risk and emerging threats.
- Translate complex technical risks into clear business insights that support decision-making at management and board level.
- Drive the design and implementation of cybersecurity roadmaps, balancing risk reduction, operational needs and investment priorities.
- Lead client engagements end-to-end, coordinating teams, managing delivery risks, reviewing key outputs and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Strengthen client relationships, identify emerging needs and contribute to business development activities, proposals and market opportunities.

The skills you bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Management Information Systems or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, IT risk management or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk management and regulatory frameworks, including DORA, NIS2, EBA, CSSF requirements and the EU AI Act.
- Advanced knowledge of recognised standards such as ISO 27001 and ISO 42001, with experience applying them in client environments.
- Experience leading client engagements, managing teams and coaching junior professionals.
- English and French.
