Industrial Data Analyst

For our R&D Centre, located at AREA Science Park in Trieste, we are looking for a new colleague (m/f/d) to join our Research & Innovation department.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead innovation projects focused on data analysis from production lines, development trials, and mathematical modeling.

• Analyze and correlate process parameters with finished product quality.

• Support development teams in leveraging AI technologies to optimize formulations and production processes.

• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Research & Innovation teams to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.

Your profile:

• Advanced skills in data analytics, machine learning, and the application of artificial intelligence to business and industrial processes.

• Experience in integrating, managing, and analyzing data generated from research activities, experimental trials, and product development projects.

• Knowledge of food manufacturing processes and related production technologies is considered as an advantage.

• Familiarity with MES and SCADA systems, as well as the collection and processing of data from industrial plants, is preferred.

• Good knowledge of the English language.

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency, we indicate a starting salary of EUR 33,000 gross per year for this position. Depending on the candidate's professional experience, qualifications, skills, and the scope of responsibilities required, the final compensation package may exceed this amount.
