About the Role
A fast-growing, Series B/C fintech platform purpose-built for small and independent businesses is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Growth to own and scale the full growth funnel — from acquisition and activation through conversion, monetization, and retention. Operating in a regulated financial services environment, you'll bring rigorous experimentation, sharp analytical instincts, and a strategic mindset to meaningfully move unit economics and long-term customer value.
This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of product, data, and growth marketing. You'll leverage AI to increase velocity and impact across the funnel while partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a growth product strategy aligned with company mission, growth objectives, and unit economics.
- Translate company objectives into a prioritized growth roadmap that connects experimentation to long-term strategy — not just short-term tactics.
- Own the full growth funnel across acquisition, activation, conversion, monetization, and retention with a strong focus on LTV, CAC, and payback.
- Design, run, and scale a rigorous A/B testing and experimentation program across landing pages, messaging, onboarding, pricing, and personalization.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Growth Marketing to productionalize winning experiments into scalable product features.
- Improve site and onboarding conversion by clarifying value propositions and reducing friction.
- Strengthen top-of-funnel performance via SEO, AEO/LLM-driven discovery, organic channels, affiliates, and educational content.
- Drive retention and product depth to increase engagement and repeat value — without relying on incentives.
- Apply AI to accelerate experimentation, discovery, analysis, personalization, and growth tooling with sound judgment on risk and value.
- Build and maintain analytics, instrumentation, and tooling to measure the funnel end-to-end and attribute impact across channels and experiments; define and own growth KPIs.
- Serve as a strategic partner to executive, product, and growth marketing teams, providing data-driven insight for business decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing growth team and establish scalable systems for experimentation and operations.
What We're Looking For
Required
- 10+ years of progressive experience in growth, product, or growth marketing, including 3–5+ years in a senior growth or product leadership role; fintech, financial services, or subscription/consumer background strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with A/B testing, experimentation tooling, personalization, and cohort-based analysis.
- Demonstrable track record building and scaling growth and experimentation functions with measurable improvements in conversion, retention, and unit economics.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel growth fundamentals and their connection to LTV, CAC, and payback.
- Experience applying AI to experimentation, content, and analysis — including familiarity with AI-driven discovery (AEO/LLM search).
- Proven ability to partner with and influence product and engineering teams; comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Ability to set targets, track KPIs, translate insights into operating plans, and hand off validated, scalable wins to product.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with modern discovery and awareness channels: SEO, AEO/LLM-driven search, organic, affiliate, and content marketing.
- Background in regulated financial services or compliance-sensitive product environments.
Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $160,000 – $180,000 USD annually, commensurate with experience.
- Competitive equity and benefits package (details shared during the interview process).
