MAIN PURPOSE

Richemont is seeking a talented and highly motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic “Client & Market” teams. This role is crucial in building and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable platforms to support Richemont Maisons’ online experiences.   

As a DevOps Engineer, you will focus on containerization, orchestration, cloud infrastructure management, and CI/CD automation. You will collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to streamline software delivery, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.   

Working in a global, cross-functional environment, you will help optimize DevOps practices, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and drive continuous improvements. You will also contribute to monitoring, logging, and performance optimization, ensuring seamless digital experiences for customers.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support delivery teams by automating the integration of developed products/solutions (e.g., Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment)
  • Collaborate with the DevSecOps team to build, enhance, and maintain the CI/CD pipelines
  • Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices alongside other DevOps engineers
  • Partner with Test Automation Engineers to set up and improve dedicated pipelines
  • § Maintain strong expertise and knowledge of DevOps processes, tools and techniques
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure products/solutions are designed for security, scalability, performance, and operability in line with Group Technology standards
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain products/solutions, ensuring the corresponding technical documentation is up to date
  • Configure and maintain monitoring and logging solutions to track application performance and infrastructure health
  • Recommend improvements to products/solutions based on ongoing evaluations
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, if applicable.
  • Mentor development teams into DevOps practice

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or DevOps Engineer
  • Experience with decoupled/composable architecture
  • Strong experience in building, automating and deploying software to production
  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and infrastructure automation
  • Experience in Digital platforms is an asset

Education & Language

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (French or other languages is a plus)
