As a Senior Project Manager reporting to Sr. Director – Delivery Management, you'll play a central role in delivering Nasdaq's global system implementations - driving projects from initiation through to successful close. You'll work at the intersection of technology, finance, and client experience, managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scope definition, milestone planning, resource management, and budget oversight.
- Identify, analyze, and manage project risks and issues, escalating where appropriate to ensure timely resolution.
- Chair governance meetings and maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, risk logs, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
- Build and sustain strong stakeholder relationships through clear, consistent communication and proactive engagement.
- Manage and support project team members in line with Nasdaq's leadership and management principles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of project management experience in capital markets or financial services.
- Proficiency in both PMI and Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to assess and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with experience influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with project tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, and JIRA/Confluence.
- Familiarity with Nasdaq software platforms or capital markets technology environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel as business needs require.
