Your Role

• Translate Trade Finance and HTS business needs into clear, testable requirements to support controlled change delivery and smoother production outcomes.

• Elicit and document user stories, use cases, and business requirements.

• Perform process mapping and gap analysis.

• Support functional validation and alignment between business and technology teams.

• Reduce rework through clear requirement definition and traceability.
