Pre-Sales Consultant — Enterprise Cybersecurity

Globals ITES Pvt Ltd is a cybersecurity company building AI-first security products for enterprise customers — spanning AI/LLM security and benchmarking, AI-assisted penetration testing, GRC automation, threat intelligence, and defensive cyber operations. We work with security and IT leadership at commercial organisations to help them find, understand, and close security gaps faster than traditional tooling allows.

Role Summary

We're hiring a Pre-Sales Consultant to own the technical relationship with enterprise cybersecurity prospects. You'll run technical discovery, build and deliver proofs-of-concept, and lead solutioning across our AI security/LLM benchmarking, AI-based VAPT, GRC automation offerings — turning security and compliance requirements into demonstrable value that CISOs and IT leaders can act on.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team on enterprise cybersecurity

accounts to scope customer needs, threat exposure, and compliance obligations.

• Run technical discovery calls and demo Globals'

capabilities across AI/LLM security and red-teaming, AI-assisted VAPT, GRC automation.

• Design and deliver proofs-of-concept mapping AI

security findings (OWASP LLM Top 10), GRC automation (ISO 27001, STQC certification, CERT-In), and threat intel feeds to a prospect's actual environment.

• Own technical RFP/RFI responses and solution proposals

for enterprise deals, in partnership with the technical writing team.

• Develop pricing-aligned solution architectures and

competitive battle cards for the sales team.

• Represent Globals at industry conferences and webinars,

and contribute to technical content — whitepapers, case studies, benchmark reports — with marketing.

• Feed customer and market technical requirements back

into the product and R&D roadmap.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity pre-sales,

solutions engineering, or a SOC/security-consulting background transitioning into pre-sales.

• Working knowledge of two or more of: penetration

testing / VAPT (OWASP, Burp Suite, Metasploit), AI/LLM security concepts (red-teaming, adversarial ML, prompt injection), GRC and compliance (ISO 27001, STQC certification, CERT-In guidelines), threat intelligence (MITRE ATT&CK, OpenCTI/MISP), or SIEM/EDR and defensive operations.

• Ability to translate technical security concepts

clearly for CISOs, IT leadership, and technical evaluators alike.

• Strong demo delivery, proposal writing, and RFP

response skills.

• Engineering/CS degree or equivalent hands-on security

experience.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup

environment and wearing multiple hats.

Nice to Have:

• Prior exposure to AI/ML systems or applied machine

learning.

• Experience selling into regulated industries such as

BFSI or healthcare.

• Security certifications — CEH, Security+, OSCP, or

equivalent.

• Familiarity with GRC platforms (e.g. Vanta) or CTI

platforms (OpenCTI, MISP).
