Job Purpose: (Why does the job exist?)

The Business Process Analyst is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes across all SENAAT business units to drive operational excellence and digital transformation. The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams by translating business needs into functional requirements and technology solutions.

The Business Process Analyst will lead business process reengineering initiatives, support enterprise application implementations, participate in project management activities, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of business transformation and IT projects. The role also supports governance, change management, testing, user training, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Basic Academic QualificationBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Management

Technical CertificationsCBAP / CCBA / ECBA (IIBA) preferred, PMP or PRINCE2 , Certification preferred , Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred , Oracle Fusion Functional Certification (preferred)

Age35 Years

ExperienceMinimum 5 years as Business Process Analyst / Business Analyst / Functional Consultant, Minimum 3 years in ERP or Digital Transformation Projects , Experience in Business Process Modeling using Visio or BPMN tools , Experience supporting end-to-end project implementation lifecycle

The Business Process Analyst is responsible for reviewing and improving business processes across all business units while supporting enterprise application implementation projects, project governance, and digital transformation initiatives. The role works closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, project managers, consultants, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of business solutions.

Review, analyze, and document existing ("As-Is") business processes across all business units.

Identify business process gaps, pain points, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Design future-state ("To-Be") business processes aligned with business strategy and best practices.

Conduct business process workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.

Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Use Cases, User Stories, Process Maps, and SOPs.

Evaluate new business requirements and recommend technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Perform feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and business impact assessments for new initiatives.

Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to deliver business solutions.

Support end-to-end ERP, Oracle Fusion, and digital transformation implementation projects.

Participate in project planning, project scheduling, effort estimation, milestone tracking, and resource coordination.

Assist Project Managers in preparing project charters, project plans, risk registers, RAID logs, status reports, and steering committee presentations.

Monitor project progress, track deliverables, identify risks/issues, and recommend mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.

Coordinate project meetings, workshops, action item tracking, and follow-up with stakeholders and vendors.

Support change management activities, business readiness assessments, communication plans, and user adoption initiatives.

Prepare and execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and validate business processes.

Coordinate data validation, business verification, and defect resolution during project implementation.

Conduct end-user training, develop user manuals, process documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions.

Support post-go-live activities, hypercare support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure project deliverables comply with organizational governance, quality standards, security policies, and audit requirements.

Develop KPI dashboards, business process performance metrics, and management reports to monitor operational effectiveness.

Recommend process automation opportunities using enterprise applications and emerging technologies.

Collaborate with PMO to maintain project documentation, lessons learned, project closure reports, and continuous improvement recommendations.

Facilitate cross-functional communication between business users, IT teams, consultants, and executive management to ensure successful project outcomes.
