Where is the work:

On-Site (5 days) 

 

Duties:

• Develop and find opportunity projects from Trane’s chiller installed base to meet the order, revenue, margin target of service department in term of high growth investment project and strategy
• Handle all HVAC contracting works from site survey, provide technical solutions and presentation, presale, scope of work communication and finalization, propose design drawings, tendering and submit for bidding, quotation and documentation proposal, sign the contracts timely as forecast hand over project completely relative retrofit and renovation works such as chiller positioning, pump, colling tower, ducting, piping, AFD, electrical replacement and energy solution projects
• Able to find customer’s HVAC operation paint points during visit and survey. Based on results to provide effective total HVAC solution for retrofit package.
• Ensure you to propose and respond to all inquiries, proposal required and meet the timeline.
• Execution to driving result based on performance and development connections (PDC) setting  
• Accuracy order and revenue forecast monthly, quarterly, yearly and creating strong pipelines for next coming years. Commit and fully align to all new target setting based on HGI project within a year and next coming years to sustain the high growth investment project and business.
• Fully comply with the company’s safety and compliance policies

Job Requirement:

• Candidate having University degree, having background of HVAC/ Mechanical/ or relevant major
• Over 5 to 10 years’ experience in sale and project management.
• Good English, communication /negotiation skill
• Strong problem solving skill, report and presentation skill
• Ensure full integrity and compliance.
• Leadership and ownership skills are mandatory required
• Customer-oriented person
