Job Summary
The Service Project Manager is responsible for managing projects executed by the Mi Service Group. The project scope, budget and schedule will be the key’s that drive the SPM’s project planning. They will work with Team members within all divisions and departments to ensure project goals are met while managing customers’ expectations. You will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure project goals are met. The SPM will meet periodically with Div. VP and Accounting to report their Projects financial performance. Primary Contact for Site Related Activities.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of Service Projects.
- Attending Job Kick-off Meetings.
- Assisting with Project Quotes and Change Orders
- Coordinating Multiple Projects.
- Commissioning
- Coordinate Service for Deficiency Lists / Punchlist / Cost of Quality items (Flex Air)
- Startups
- Installs
- Meet Monthly with Accounting to review Project Status.
- Meet with the Service Team to Coordinate Manpower and Project Requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education - Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Experience – Preferred: 7+ years
- Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Teachable, Team Player, Decisive, Leader.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Exemplary planning and organizational skills (multi-tasking and time-management).
- Ability to prioritize projects.
- Self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork and facilitation skills.
- Must possess excellent attention to detail.
